With summer well on its way, why not try our deliciously, simple ice cream recipe.



A quarter of a 397g can (100g) of sweetened condensed milk

600ml pot of double cream

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

3 level tablespoons of Rombouts Cachet d'Or coffee (medium to fine ground)



Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and beat with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff.

Scrape into a freezer container or a large loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze until solid.

Serve and enjoy!
