Delicious with or without the alcohol, but a touch of rum gives it an extra boost!
Ingredients (for a 12oz / 340ml drink)
- 1 Sachet (30g) of Rombouts Belgian Hot Chocolate
- 2 Pumps (30ml) of Sweetbird Cherry Syrup
- 1 Shot (30ml) of White Rum
- Milk or Milk Alternative
- Optional: Fresh or Cocktail Cherries, Squirty Cream and Chocolate Sauce to top.
Method
Mix the chocolate powder to a paste with a little hot water, add the rum and cherry syrup, then mix with hot steamed milk.
Add whipped cream and drizzle with a little cherry syrup and chocolate sauce, finally, top with a fresh or cocktail cherry for the perfect treat!
