Vanilla Caffè Cappuccino Freddo
Allegedly we’re expecting a heatwave in August, so here’s a great coffee recipe to cool you down!
Ingredients
- 50 ml Double Espresso
- 150ml Milk or Non-dairy alternative
- 15ml Sweetbird Vanilla Syrup or Sweetbird Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
- Ice
Method
- Add the Vanilla Syrup to the Espresso to a tall glass and stir well.
- Add 2-3 ice cubes
- Put the milk into a large clean cafetiére, put the plunger in, and over a sink and plunge up and down 10 to 15 times - this will make rich, dense cold foamed milk.
- Carefully spoon and pour into the glass.
- Enjoy
