Vanilla Caffè Cappuccino Freddo

Allegedly we’re expecting a heatwave in August, so here’s a great coffee recipe to cool you down!

Ingredients

Method

  • Add the Vanilla Syrup to the Espresso to a tall glass and stir well.
  • Add 2-3 ice cubes
  • Put the milk into a large clean cafetiére, put the plunger in, and over a sink and plunge up and down 10 to 15 times - this will make rich, dense cold foamed milk.
  • Carefully spoon and pour into the glass.
