The prize draw opens when the social media post is posted and not before and closes at 23:59 on the last calendar day of the month (unless otherwise stated in the social media post). The winner will be contacted and given instructions on how to claim their prize within 14 days of the competition close.

- To enter you must be a resident of the United Kingdom over the age of 18.
- No purchase is necessary for entry to this free prize draw.
- Entry is exclusively via Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. To qualify, entrants must follow the instructions on the social media channel they are entering via. 
- This draw is not open to employees, partners and associated agents of or anyone concerned with this promotion or to members of any of our sponsors’ products. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
- The 'Goodie Bag' prize consists of a selection of Rombouts branded products and accessories and will vary due to stock items and seasonal promotions. Should any items be unavailable Rombouts reserve the right to substitute for an alternative item of equal or higher value. There is 1 prize to be won unless otherwise clearly stated in the social media post.

- The winner will be drawn at random.
- The competition winner will be notified within 14 days of the competition close.
If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
