There’s nothing like that warming feeling from sipping on a well-made Irish Coffee, here's our favourite Irish Coffee recipe.
- 200ml Strong coffee - Rombouts Italian Style is our favourite
- 90ml Pouring Cream
- 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 30ml of good quality Irish Whiskey
Prepare your strong coffee and add to a heat resistant glass. Then add the sugar and Irish whiskey and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Shake the cream to thicken slightly. Now pour the cream gently over the back of a spoon over your coffee. Done correctly, the cream should float!
Don’t stir! Enjoy by drinking the coffee through the layer of cream.
