Iced Espresso Tonic

We’re clinging onto the last days of Summer with a deliciously simple recipe!  

Ingredients

  • Double espresso (50-60ml) 
  • 170ml Tonic Water
  • Ice

Method

Pour the tonic water into a glass over the ice.

Slowly pour the double espresso on top. - If you pour too fast it will fizz up and overflow
