We've been working hard to bring you something a little bit special...
The main coffee in this blend is a pulp natural arabica from Fazenda Dutra in Brazil; this gives a rich chocolate sweetness throughout the cup, but as our Roastmaster Manu Demets says; “An espresso with only sweetness has no personality!" So we’ve added some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Sidamo to give some acidity and delicate floral notes, plus some Guatemalan washed robusta for body and a smooth crèma.
The coffees are roasted separately depending on the bean size; this ensures we can develop the best flavours and aromas from each origin. We then blend them together to make this delicious coffee ideal for espressos and small milk drinks. Voila!”
