The Easter Eggsplosion Mocha is a great way to use up any leftover Easter eggs. Or just leave out the espresso for a tasty hot chocolate drink!

You'll need:

  • A Shot of Espresso
  • Easter Eggs
  • Mini Smarties
  • Hot milk
  • Whipped cream

Break up your unused Easter eggs into a mug, add your espresso and hot milk and stir until chocolate is melted.  

Finish with whipped cream and top with Mini Smarties and a dusting of Chocolate Powder.
