When we think of a Christmas spice it has to be cinnamon.

Cinnamon lattes, mochas and hot chocolates are a delicious yuletide treat. Top with whipped cream, dusted with ground cinnamon garnished with a cinnamon stick, we can’t think of anything more Christmassy - except for maybe a Christmas Tree!

Cinnamon Spiced Mocha

Ingredients (per 12oz Serving)

  • 2 Pumps of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup 
  • 1 shot of espresso 
  • High-quality drinking chocolate powder 
  • Foamed Milk
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Whipped Cream (Optional)
  • Cinnamon Sticks (Optional)

Method

Mix 2 pumps of Cinnamon Syrup the shot of espresso and chocolate powder. Foam your milk as usual for a latte and add to the espresso/syrup/chocolate mix. Add some whipped cream, dust with ground cinnamon and finish off with a cinnamon stick.
