Moka d'Ethiopie, Ethiopian Pure Origin
A sweet, wild, aromatic and slightly acidic coffee. It reveals a multitude of perfumes, jasmine floral notes, coriander and apricot fragrances.
Ethiopia produces an exceptional cu that grows on small farms in the Sidamo region. Cultivated traditionally according to ancestral gestures, picked by hand, this coffee is an integral part of the local culture and is the subject of a ceremony that can last two hours.
In this region, the coffee garden is widespread, this agro-forestry system mixes large trees, (often) bananas, coffee trees and annuals. This harmonious production method allows for the sustainable use of the soil and the conservation of the environment.
Packed in a re-sealable airtight tin, containing 250g of roast and ground coffee.
Grind size: Medium to Fine Ground Direction: Suitable for all types of coffee makers, but best made in cafetieres and stove-top moka pots. As a guide use one rounded dessert spoon of coffee per person. Adjust the amount of coffee and brewing time to taste.
