ToffeeNut Cappuccino

Pairing the buttery sweetness of toffee with the flavour of rich roasted nut Toffee Nut syrup is perfect to create delicious Praline hot chocolates, mochas and cappuccinos in winter. 

Ingredients

  • 2 Shot  (25ml) of Espresso 
  • 2 Pumps (30ml) of Sweetbird Toffee Nut Syrup
  • Fresh Milk or Almond Milk    
  • Dust with Chocolate Powder

Method

Simply mix the espresso and syrup together in your cup, and top with hot steamed milk.

Dust with chocolate powder if required.

Apple Spiced Hot Toddy

One of our simplest recipes; apple juice and speculoos syrup - although feel free to add a shot (or two) of whiskey!

Method

Mix the chocolate powder to a paste with a little hot water and combine with both syrups in the cup, then mix with hot steamed milk.

Add whipped cream, marshmallows and drizzle with a little cherry syrup and chocolate sauce for the perfect treat!

Toasted Marshmallow Mocha

The delicious aroma and taste of fire-toasted marshmallows in a syrup – a treat for the senses!

Method

Simply mix the espresso with the chocolate powder to a smooth paste in your cup, add the syrup, and top with hot steamed milk.

Add marshmallows and a dusting of chocolate powder to finish!
