We've collected together a few of our favourite wintery hot drinks creations for you and your customers to try.
The Rocky Road Hot Chocolate is our current favourite!
S'Mores Mocha
All the gooey rich taste of S’mores, without any of the mess. Think melting chocolate, oozing marshmallows and crunchy crackers! Perfect for Bonfire Night and more.
Ingredients
- 1 Shot (25ml) of Espresso
- 1 Scoop of Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate
- 2 Pumps (30ml) of Sweetbird S'Mores Syrup
- Fresh Milk or Almond Milk
Method
Simply mix the espresso and both syrups together in your glass, and top with hot steamed milk.
You could add whipped cream and drizzle with a little cherry syrup and add a cherry on top for good measure!

Rocky Road Hot Chocolate
Start with a S'Mores Hot Chocolate, add a shot of Cherry syrup and voila: Rocky Road in a cup!
Needs to be tried to be believed
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop of Zuma Dark Hot Chocolate
- 2 Pumps (30ml) of Sweetbird S'Mores Syrup
- 1 Pump (15ml) of Sweetbird Cherry Syrup
- Milk or Milk Alternative
- Optional: Mini Marshmallows, Whipped Cream and Chocolate Sauce to top.
Method
Mix the chocolate powder to a paste with a little hot water and combine with both syrups in the cup, then mix with hot steamed milk.
Add whipped cream, marshmallows and drizzle with a little cherry syrup and chocolate sauce for the perfect treat!

Spiced Cinnamon or Gingerbread Latte
A Cinnamon twist on the traditional Gingerbread Latte (or the old faithful gingerbread!)
Ingredients
- 1 Shot (25ml) of Espresso
- 1 - 2 Pumps (15 - 30 ml) of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup or Sweetbird Gingerbread Syrup
- Fresh Milk or Almond Milk
Method
Simply mix the espresso and the syrup together in your glass, and top with hot steamed milk.
You can add whipped cream and a drizzle of syrup, plus a cinnamon stick or gingerbread biscuit or candy cane for good measure!
