Vanilla Caffè Cappuccino Freddo
Allegedly we’re expecting a heatwave in August, so here’s a great coffee recipe to cool you down!
Ingredients
- 50 ml Double Espresso
- 150ml Milk or Non-dairy alternative
- 15ml Sweetbird Vanilla Syrup or Sweetbird Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
- 1 Scoop of Sweetbird Vanilla Bean Frappe Mix
- Ice
Method

Add the Vanilla Syrup to the Espresso to a tall glass and stir well.

Add 2-3 ice cubes

Add the milk and Frappe Mix to a blender and blend on high for 10-15 seconds until thick.

Carefully pour the cold foamed frappe mix into the glass on top of the espresso mixture.
