A really simple drink that will enhance any cafe menu and make the most of warm summer days!
- Double espresso (50-60ml)
- 170ml Tonic Water
Pour the tonic water into a glass over the ice.
Slowly pour the double espresso on top. - If you pour too fast it will fizz up and overflow
A Extra Twist
Try adding a Sweetbird Coffee Syrup to the espresso before you pour to add an extra flavour and some sweetness to the tonic. We recommend 1 x 15ml Pump per drink to start.
