The Easter Eggsplosion Mocha is a simple addition to any menu and a great way to boost sales during the Easter period.

You'll need:

• 1 Shot of Espresso
• 1 scoop Zuma Original Hot Chocolate Powder
• Mini Smarties, Mini Eggs or Chocolate Pieces 
• Steamed Milk
• Whipped Cream

Add your espresso to the hot chocolate in a cup and mix into a paste.

Top with steamed milk, stirring as you pour.

Finish with whipped cream and top with Mini Smarties, mini eggs or chocolate pieces and a dusting of Chocolate Powder!
