Haunting Hot Chocolate, Pumpkin Spice Latte and S'Mores Mocha...

Haunting Hot Chocolate - A spooky seasonal treat that will have your customers running... back for more!

You’ll need:

• 2 Pumps of Sweetbird Pumpkin Spiced Syrup 

• 1 Scoop of Zuma Fairtrade Chocolate Powder 

• Steamed Milk

• Whipped Cream (Optional)

• Mini Marshmallows (Optional)

  

Method (Per 12oz Serving)

Mix 2 pumps of Pumpkin Spiced Syrup and 1 scoop of Hot Chocolate Powder with a splash of hot water. Stir to make a paste and top up with steamed milk, stirring as you pour. Add some whipped cream and mini marshmallows (ghost-shaped if possible!)

Pumpkin Spice Latte - You really can’t have an autumn drinks menu without this Classic!

You’ll need:

• 2 Pumps of Sweetbird Pumpkin Spiced Syrup 

• Double Espresso

• Steamed Milk

• Whipped Cream (Optional)

• Ground Cinnamon (Optional)

 

Method (Per 12oz Serving)

Mix 2 pumps of Pumpkin Spiced Syrup with the double espresso, add steamed milk, top with whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon.

S’mores Mocha - An American classic fast becoming a UK favourite!

You’ll need:

• 2 Pumps of Sweetbird S’mores Syrup

• 1 Scoop of Zuma Fairtrade Chocolate Powder 

• Double Espresso

• Steamed Milk

• Whipped Cream (Optional)

• Chocolate Sauce (Optional)

• Biscuit Crumbs (Optional)

 

Method (Per 12oz Serving)

Mix the chocolate powder with the double espresso and 2 pumps of S’more syrup in a cup and top up with steamed milk, stirring as you pour. Add whipped cream, chocolate sauce and biscuit crumbs for a more decadent treat.
