The variety of products
This is demonstrated by:
- The range of coffees suitable for different clienteles (coffees, hotels and restaurants (CHR), large and medium retail outlets, Malongo Cafés…)
- The broad selection of blends available and a rich choice of single bean varieties
- The packing method which is adapted to modern consumption habits (ground coffee, pods, freeze-dried)
- Coffees adapted to specific demands (decaffeinated, low-fat coffee, Turkish coffee)
All Malongo’s coffees have the same touch of acidity when they are served. This is what constitutes the brand’s organoleptic reference. Different beans are assembled and roasted with this in mind and the blends are created to produce a certain distinctive intensity, bitterness and lingering taste.
The Malongo brand can only continue to exist thanks to its close relationship with its clients. To this end, the Training Department shares its knowledge of coffee with the public, café, hotel and restaurant staff and the firm’s technical department provides after-sales service in hotels and restaurants so that perfect coffee is always served. |

quality
The touch of acidity that forms the brand’s organoleptic signature and the care taken by Malongo in selecting the green coffee beans are the result of strict specifications and of the approval trials carried out by the firm’s quality control laboratory. This quality approach also warrants special relationships with producer countries, the technical or financial support of plantations and a pioneer commitment to fair trade. The quality of the coffee is also due to the fact that it is processed rapidly and this process fulfils strict specifications, with line controls every day and the implementation of corrective measures if necessary.
