FAQ’s

Will the original Webshop still be available?

The original site will be completely replace by the new webshop on the 1st November. The web address for the new site is: www.rombouts.com/enterprise

Can I still earn and use my loyalty points on the new Webshop?

No. Rather than incorporate a loyalty points scheme in to the new Webshop we have chosen to replace them with regular special offers and discounts. Any existing loyalty points will be converted to a credit (1 point = 1 pence) on your trade account within 30 days of closing the old Webshop.

Why do I have to re-register?

Our new Webshop has more functionality and is more secure than the old one, we are therefore asking customers to re-register in order to use it. Simply visit the “Register now” form and complete your details. We will then link it to your existing trade account and you can then access the special offers, place orders, view invoices and much more.

Why can’t I see a price of an item?

If you can’t see a price for one of more items on the Webshop it is either because it is out of stock, it is a “Special Order” item, for example a commercial espresso machine or you are not logged in. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If I use LiveChat am I going to be talking to someone in the UK?

Yes you are. When LiveChat is active you will be speaking with someone in the UK office and when LiveChat is not active, you can still message us and of course telephone us.

Why when I look at my past orders some of the items are listed as “Discontinued product”

Unfortunately this is one “quirk” we can’t currently resolve. When you view past orders for things like coffee beans or cups and saucers our computer system classes them as individual KG’s or 1 cup and saucer. With our new Webshop everything is correctly listed in the sales unit so the single items appear as “Discontinued product”. Once you have placed an order on the new Webshop for such items, these will then appear on your order history.

What happens if my order value is less than £35?

Orders over £35 receive free delivery. All orders less than £35 will attract a £6.99 +VAT delivery charge. This will be applied automatically to your account when the order is processed. If you are paying via credit or debit card the £6.99 +VAT charge will be applied to your account upon ordering so will not be taken from your credit or debit card but will be applied to your account as a separate fee.

Can I pay for each order by Credit or Debit Card online?

Yes you can. You just need to let us know you would like to do this and we will ensure the account is set up for online payment during the order process. Alternatively if your account currently requires a card payment but you would like a credit account, please contact us to discuss. We accept all major credit and debit card with the exception of American Express.
